Ray Titus is the CEO of United Franchise Group and its affiliated companies. Mr. Titus is a life-long entrepreneur who began his career with his father, franchising legend Roy Titus, and went on to develop a group of successful brands and franchise development services over the last 30 years.
Mike Brugger joined United Franchise Group in 1994 and successfully opened the first EmbroidMe store in West Palm Beach, FL, in 2000. Mike is responsible for leading the Fully Promoted team to help the brand and franchise owners grow profitably.
Michelle Longueria started with United Franchise Group over 10 years ago supporting our EmbroidMe locations after managing her own Embroidery shop for several years before that. She brings a unique perspective to the position from her years working one-on-one with owners at their locations helping them grow their businesses. She is now responsible for driving profitability and managing support and training for Fully Promoted locations across the United States.
Edan Della Mea has an extensive background in shopping center and retail marketing, including 10 years as the Marketing Director for Related Companies in West Palm Beach, Florida. Formerly the Director of Operations for Fully Promoted, she brings her past expertise into her current role to help educate our franchisees and develop cutting edge marketing strategies for our locations worldwide.
Tom Kronberger grew up in the industry as the son of a successful promotional products distributor in Philadelphia, learning the business from a young age. He later transitioned into an outside sales role with Bullet Line and was the National Account and Sales Manager for Lanco Corporation for 18 years. Tom is responsible for forging strategic partnerships with top vendors in the industry to make sure our franchise owners have the best partners for their business.
