Customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful and had an artistic eye for our sports team uniforms, hats and booster shirts. We were on a tight time frame and they were able to accommodate us and get our order printed in time. They were efficient with communicating with me as we went through the printing process. Our order came back just as we wanted it with no errors. Prices were reasonable too!

I am writing this review in hopes that I can warn others of my completely horrible experience with this specific shop in hilo. I made substantial orders paid for wrong orders over a period of nearly 4 months. I was treated with zero priority they took on a bigger job and didn't complete mine till they got phone calls of complaints and messages to return my call. .never happened. .the owner avoided all responsibility and arrogantly dismissed us without any apologies so for the most part of service. It wasn't the fault of the employee. .believe me that's why I paid for misprint items. I must admit a couple of employees were genuinely sorry for the lack of service and rudeness. Owner Michelle made no effort to rectify or call me. .guess she felt like she didn't need my business Auwe" or deserving of a call to assure our business is appreciated. .No explanation of any of the undelievered items and never as much thanked my business for purchasing even the wrong orders! MANY of my orders were overlooked and paid for products late prices are higher than the average. .the service is near appalling. A?I am also reporting this business to the bbb. I waited to write a review only because I didn't want to be upset and unreasonable..but I did filter my experiences. .and rate the Owner Michelle of the establishment and wonderful 0..zero! F in customer satisfaction and zero in appreciation for patronage. If you want to have a great experience do not go here. If you are fooled by the new decor. .don't be.. i was..it isnt fair and the service was just. .over all the worst ever..Owners husband had at least spoke to me but could do nothing to help. I even felt horrible being upset with him geez. .no Aloha. .no customer. .care..and no conscience. I never write anything unless I leave my name. This is Kahiwa Recca Mahalo "
