Very friendly. These people really go above and beyond what's required of them. After weeks of dealing with vista print, and other online options, it was such a relief to find someone locally, who knows what they're doing. Not just some automated machine with no quality control. The price is totally reasonable, with great results. There is no other place I would recommend to get quality, professional embroidering done. We own a home inspection company, and we will always get our products made here.

A?I was even able to try on shirts in the store just so I could find the best one possible. Sandra went above and beyond for Zingle. She came into the shop on vacation to make sure we had what we needed on time for our company wide team meeting. And I must say the finished product looked fabulous on our team! Sandra and Jeff have been incredibly helpful with several orders over the past 6 months. They provide excellent service and wonderful advice. They definitely understand the concept of customer service. Everything was delivered as promised. Sandra even delivered our most recent order to my office.

Embroidme Encinitas is fantastic. We left a jacket there for two years and when we came in to do another job, we remembered that we left there. They knew exactly where it was and pulled it out along with a jacket we'd forgotten about. Now that is customer commitment!

I have used EmbroidMe in Encinitas several times now to design some sports jerseys. They are impeccable with design and are exceptionally detailed in everything. My final product was sharp, artistic, distinct, colorful and eye catching... Everything I wanted and beyond. The owners Jeff and Sandra are willing to go the extra mile to get you the design you want for optimum value. This is the ONLY place to take care of your embroidery needs.

A?Not only did they complete the job that same day, they were so kind as to deliver it to my door after working late hours to complete the job. I have been using the service of this particular Embroidme (Encinitas) for two years now. A?I am an extremely picky and detailed oriented customer, Sandra and Jeff ALWAYS accomodate my request and they always conduct business with a smile. The service is great and the prices make them impossible to pass up. A?My orders range from one or two hats and polo shirts to orders of 100+ t-shirts and they make sure my order is ready on time and often earlier than expected. A?It is very hard to find a business that still offers good service and a friendly face. A?They treat you like you are the only customer they have. A?As long as they're in business I will always be a customer. A?The service is so good my franchise owners from the east coast call Sandra and place orders here in Encinitas, even though there are embroidme stores in their area. A?I am a customer for life.
