Loch brings more than 20 years' experience in building multi-million-dollar sales growth and team leadership to EmbroidMe, the world's largest diversified promotional products franchise that offers local, in-house promotional products, customization, embroidery and screen-printing services. "Joe's broad-based business skills and experience working with small-business owners is exactly what we need to lead EmbroidMe," said Jim "JT" Tatem, a member of the UFG executive team. "He has extensive experience leading teams, growing sales and improving processes and associates." Loch most recently spent eight years at Hickory Farms - which has more than 500 corporate stores and 100 franchisees - serving as Vice President of Supply Chain, Vice President of Franchise and Retail Sales Operations, and Senior Director, Business Gifting & Partnerships. Loch spent the first 18 years of his career with Boise Cascade Office Products, which is now part of and known as Office Depot, Inc., with positions in sales, customer service, warehousing and call center. He also spent four years as an Executive Vice President with Independent Stationers. Loch is a Maryland native and graduate of Towson State University. He and his wife, Patty, have two daughters, Rebecca and Courtney.
